
Here is a sample full day itinerary, but you will receive a detailed schedule for all 3 days closer to the retreat. All activities listed (except massage therapy) are included and are also completely optional! This means that if you prefer to sleep in or take an extra long hike instead, that is fine by us! Group Reiki sessions will be facilitated by Karen during “free time” periods, and are also included with your stay.
8:00am – Silent Yoga
Your day is off to a peaceful start with a follow-along silent yoga class where you’ll be guided by simply observing the teacher. A bell will signal when the pose will change.
9:00am – Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious vegan breakfast to nourish your body for the morning ahead.
10am to 12pm – Free Time
Attend a Reiki session with Karen, go for a nature hike, read, take a nap, practice some solo yoga in the studio, or leave the Retreat Centre for an hour or 2 to explore the area. You can also book a massage, but please note this service is extra and can be booked upon arrival.
12:00pm – Lunch
1:30pm – Outdoor Nature Meditation (weather permitting)
Catch some rays while sitting through a guided meditation outdoors.
2pm to 5pm – Free Time
4:00pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
This is a gentle, slow style of yoga with a focus on moving with the breath and consists of both standing, balancing, and floor-based yoga poses.
5:30pm – Dinner
8:00pm – Candlelight Restorative
Karen’s signature class. A restful restorative yoga practice illuminated by candlelight. Afterwards, head straight to bed or spend some time in the common area before hitting the sack.
