Candlelight Restorative is true to Restorative Yoga. Originally created to assist those recovering from injuries, its slow and meditative style is like one giant pause button for our hectic lifestyles. In each 75-minute class, you will be guided through a meditation and/or breathwork, followed by a sequence of floor based poses using yoga props – such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks – to comfortably support the body. Soft music sets the mood while candlelight illuminates the room. Minimal effort is required making this class suitable for all levels!

Passes are shareable, which means that you can bring a guest (or 2) to class. All passes are non-refundable, but you can reschedule up to 2-hours before class begins. All prices include tax.

Valid for 1 in-person or virtual yoga class. Transferrable. Doesn’t expire.

5-class yoga pass

Shareable. Doesn’t expire. Valid for in-person or virtual yoga classes, or a combination of both.

SLIDING SCALE FEES
Calm Creature Studio is committed to keeping yoga accessible and within reach. Sliding scale fees are available for low to no income earners interested in in-person and virtual classes at Calm Creature Studio. Karen reserves a portion of her class for sliding scale students.
